I spent 10 years building HR, people operations and learning technologies, growing teams of 50+ people and managing multi-million dollar budgets. I left the corporate world in 2019 to build my own small businesses and teach others how to learn better.

I work at the intersection of business, technology and learning. I've taught graduate courses for 15 years and help people learn better through a mix of research-backed practical and tactical methods.
